Houses over ten thousand square feet
A large house fails when it becomes a hotel: leftover corridors, rooms that do not speak to each other, a kitchen that cannot find the garden. The work is to keep one palette and one temperature of light across many rooms.
We plan the sequence first — arrival, stair, living, kitchen, suite — then let each room have its own weight inside that line.
